Latest Update – last day for advance booking…

July 22nd, 2009

This is no doubt this is one of the most eventful launch to be witness. Cheques are pouring in…even a week before the showflat is ready. (Blank cheques that is…=))

My customers have already express interest in quite a few units…

Today is the last day for advanced booking, if you have any enquries on how you can make your advance booking or you require more details, kindly call me at 92282058 asap. Last cheque to be submitted by 5pm today.

Here’s what you need to bring on the actual launch day this friday to sunday…

1.) A photocopy of your nric front and back
2.) A Cheque for booking
3.) You will be given 2 forms to sign upon booking

Kindly call me before friday to book an appointment slot for the private Pre-Launch so I will
be able to serve and usher you as the scene will get really messy.

By the way, Thursday has a VIP launch for UOL Priority Guest and Ex-Green Meadows Residents ONLY….

With advance booking streaming in for the last 3 days and the prelaunch for ex-green meadows residents and
UOL VIPs, the project will definitely be a success…
